What's Going on with Seniors Today?

50+ Council member Michael Starke, in a just-completed study for Spectrum Market Research, found that the responses from potential clients for service-enriched housing also offer insight into the client base for active adult housing.

The study looks at the state of mind of this population — currently shell-shocked by the economic downtorn — and suggests strategies to help them move beyond their anger at the situation to a place where they can more objectively consider their options...which include more appropriate housing.
