2010 Best in American Living Awards
Now Accepting Entries!
New! 2010 BALA Entry Forms!
Registration Forms due: July 1
Entry Notebooks due: July 15
BALA underwent many changes over the past 27 years to become the prestigious new-home design competition it is today. But one thing has remained the same since the first competition in 1983: BALA inspires builders, architects, residential designers, developers, land planners and interior designers across the nation to be innovative and redefine the boundaries of the housing industry.
In 2010, BALA will once again recognize the best sustainable design with the Emerald Award, complementing our Home of the Year, Room of the Year and Community of the Year awards. We are now accepting entries for this exclusive award. Entry notebooks are due July 15, 2010. Please visit our BALA information page to learn about the application's components and requirements.
The Best in American Living Award is sponsored by Professional Builder magazine and the NAHB Design Committee.
