50+ Housing Council Changes

The NAHB 50+ Housing Council is undergoing lots of changes. You’ll notice the Council’s new name and logo everywhere (even this e-newsletter), but there are other things you need to know during this exciting transition.

  1. New Web Address: The Council’s new Web link is www.nahb.org/50plus. You’ll find plenty of great information, including the Online Membership Directory at www.nahb.org/50plusdirectory and the enhanced Research section at www.nahb.org/50plusresearch. Bookmark these pages to visit this exceptional content whenever you need it. Remember you will need your NAHB log-in or password to access this exclusive 50+ Housing Council member content.

  2. New E-mail Address and Phone Number: If you need to reach us, please send an e-mail to 50plushousingcouncil@nahb.com or call us 800-368-5242 x8192. Our 50+ Housing Council staff will be happy to assist you.

  3. New Magazine Name: Seniors’ Housing News is changing its name. Starting with the Winter 2006 issue, the 50+ Housing Council’s quarterly magazine will be called 50+ Housing Magazine — which is a better reflection of the dynamic 50+ market we serve. Visit www.50plushousingmagazine.com for more information. Or call us at 800-368-5242 x8192 or e-mail 50plushousingmagazine@nahb.com if you haven’t received your current issue of the magazine.

  4. New e/Source: You also will notice that Seniors Housing e/Source has a new name, 50+ Housing e/Source, and a fresh, new look. However, one thing hasn’t changed. We still welcome your submissions, including company news and industry updates. Please e-mail us at 50plushousingcouncil@nahb.com and let us know what you think.

The 50+ Housing Council will keep you informed about any other new developments in the coming months, including additional member benefits. Stay tuned!
