Greenbrier Development, LLC Forms to Provide Services to Senior Living Sector Greenbrier Development, LLC, will provide national development services to both not-for-profit and for-profit senior housing sponsors and operators. The firm's initial activities include an agreement with RK Development, LLC, to develop up to $800 million of senior living communities. The founding partners of Greenbrier Development, LLC, are all former members of the senior management of Greystone Communities, Inc. "Industry trends indicate that not-for-profit systems account for most of the growth for CCRC's through new campus development and existing campus redevelopments," said Mike Gilliam, president and CEO of Greenbrier. "Many of these senior housing systems have seasoned management teams and would like to operate the completed community while leveraging the services offered by Greenbrier."
