Registration for NAHB's 2006 Fall Board Meeting is open. This year's meeting will be held Sept. 13-17 at the Grand America and Little America Hotels in Salt Lake City, Utah.

  • 50+ Housing Council Fall Board Networking Dinner
    Thursday, Sept. 14
    6:30-9:00 p.m.
    Spencer's For Steak and Chops
    255 S. Temple
    Salt Lake City
    Cost: $85 per person through Sept. 1. Onsite registration is $90.

    Join us for a special presentation from Peter McMahon and his team from Kennecott Land, a Utah-based developer. McMahon will discuss Daybreak, a large master-planned community his company is developing in the Salt Lake Valley. Daybreak has earned rave reviews for its innovation and sustainability.

  • Advocacy, Legislative and Rental Seniors Housing Committee Industry Forum
    “Hot Topics: Key 50+ Housing Issues — Case Studies and Lessons Learned”
    Thursday, Sept. 14
    2:30-4:00 p.m.
    Grand Ballroom C, Little America Hotel

    Join the 50+ Housing Council’s Advocacy, Legislative and Rental Seniors Housing Committee for a special forum on the hottest industry issues. Topics will range from how to develop public-private partnerships to build affordable seniors housing to the latest trends in finance, especially in today’s changing marketplace. Attendees are invited to participate in what should be a lively discussion and bring their own topics. It’s a prime opportunity to network with your peers and increase your industry knowledge.
