Selling Universal Design and Green as One Package

Mike Vowles, a member of NAHB Remodelers in Seattle,  builds all his jobs using both green building techniques and universal design — two concepts he sees as linked. And he sells them as "seamless and invisible."  In a recent newsletter article for NAHB's Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS), he explains his sales techniques, which speak to selling 50+ homes as well.
