July 23 -- Entry Deadline for AARP-NAHB Livable Communities Awards AARP and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) are accepting entries for the third annual Livable Communities Awards. These awards honor forward-looking housing industry professionals who have designed, built or remodeled creative and unique homes and communities that improve the daily comfort, ease of use and safety of residents. New categories have been added this year to recognize architects and planners for home and community design. These two new categories supplement the original awards that recognized builders, remodelers and developers.
