If you are a lobbyist, EO or anyone interested in state and local legislative and regulatory issues, then NAHB's upgraded Web site — www.NAHB.org — has content for you.

Special information, which is designed for members only, includes:

Mold Legislative Tracking Chart. Although mold hype has died down, states are still introducing legislation to set standards, license remediators and create study task forces. Find updated state and federal legislation as well as archives from previous years on these pages.
Smart Growth Resources. Find case studies, policy statements and publications on two of our industry's most common buzzwords.
Economic Data. Housed in the Web site's economics section is a wealth of state and local permit employment and employment data and housing opportunity indexes.
State and Local Association Contacts/Web sites. Need an HBA phone number, web site or e-mail address? Check out this searchable map.
