Business Without Borders — The 2nd International Housing Conference of the Americas

Have a passion for construction and an interest in international issues?  If so, the second annual NAHB International Conference of the Americas will take place November 7-10 in Mexico City.

Recently, Mexican President Vincente Fox committed to a 10-year plan to build 11.7 million new homes in his country. Economically, these are good times to be building in Mexico. Not only is housing equity a staple of the country (nearly 80% of Mexican residents are home owners), but the Mexican home building market is expected to grow to a value of $6.7 billion by 2005.

Through a joint partnership with CANADEVI (Mexico's equivalent to NAHB), this conference offers seminars, property tours, table-top exhibits, and ample networking opportunities, including pre-arranged one-on-one meetings. Worried about any miscommunication? Simultaneous English/Spanish translation is included at all sessions.

The first 200 registrants to NAHB's International Housing Conference of the Americas will receive complimentary registration to the 2005 International Builders Show in Orlando, FL, January 13-16, 2005.

For more information about this event, visit the conference Web site. If you would like more information about NAHB International, call 800-368-5242 x 8419 or visit them online. [ return to top ]
